Information regarding our returns and exchange process and policy.

Here at Prop Options, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and very much hope that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, in the event that something isn't quite right, we are pleased to offer a 14-day returns guarantee should you wish to exchange your product or have changed your mind. Please find below some useful information and FAQ's regarding our Returns and Exchange processes.

Am I eligible to return or exchange my order?

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any providing you contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you are outside of the 14-day returns window, please get in touch with us via our online messenger and we will be happy to go through the options available for you. Please note, a return or exchange must be approved by our team before sending a product or order back to our HQ.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We know how disappointing it is when your delivery arrives and it's not quite right and so we try to make exchanges and returns as easy as possible. Please contact us via the helpdesk on our website to discuss the issue and we will be happy to help and provide information on the exchange options available to you.

Do I need to pay to return my item?

As per our returns policy, we currently do not offer free returns and you will need to cover the return of your product to our address in Poole, UK. In the rare event that there is a problem with your item, we may be able to offer reduced or free return postage options - please get in touch with a member of the team for more information. Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost during delivery and so we recommend you use a tracked postal service that insures you for the value of the package.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received at our workshop, we aim to process all refunds within 10 business days, during which time you will receive an email notification to confirm your return and refund. Once complete, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
