Running parallel to our handmade products and bespoke services, we have a growing catalogue of products available for same-day despatch when purchased before 2pm (UK). This applies to many of our signature products including the majority of our Floating Tiers, Clear Tiers and Metallic Stands and Separators.

Products that are handmade or made to order, such as our wooden pedestals and oak hairpin stands, have a slightly longer processing time and are generally ready to despatch within 3-5 days.

For custom and bespoke orders there is a minimum processing time of 3 weeks. Depending on the scale of your design and the materials and labour involved, this can vary. Prior to ordering for a bespoke design, we will discuss the expected production time with you.

Once ready for despatch, your order will be sent via your chosen delivery service and you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking and delivery information.
