If available for your order, you will be provided with additional options should you want to upgrade your delivery service. These services are outlined below.

Please note, although Royal Mail and some couriers deliver on Saturdays, all estimated delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays so please always plan ahead. If you would like an accurate timescale or require your order urgently, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Offshore locations may incur an additional charge when opting for delivery via DHL Express.

While we will do our utmost to ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery for you, we cannot prevent any unforeseen delays that may occur once your parcel enters the delivery network. However, if you do experience issues with your delivery, please do contact us and we will do our best to help resolve this.

We are pleased to offer free standard UK delivery across our store for all qualifying orders over £75 and free express UK delivery on qualifying orders over £150. Unfortunately, due to the logistics with our couriers, it is not possible to offer free delivery to all offshore locations. If applicable, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
