While not a necessity as our stands and separators are 100% food-safe, when using your products we recommend using a cake board where applicable to help keep them in tip-top condition. This is especially true for stands and separators in our signature metallic finish.

When caring for and cleaning your stands, separators and cake tools, please use warm soapy water only and wipe clean only. Buff with a clean and dry, soft cloth. Abrasive cloths and detergents should not be used, and unless explicitly stated in the product information, our products are not suitable for the dishwasher.

Although the highest amount of care has been taken to ensure each product is food-safe and ready for you to use, please wash before first use.

Many of our products will come in a sturdy box and/or with protective packaging that we recommend utilisaing when storing and transporting your products. To ensure they are kept in the best condition possible, we recommend storing your products in a clean and dust-free environment.
